2、ectivelyhasbecomethecriticalfactortoenhancethecorecompetitivenessofenterprises.ThisthesisisbasedontheresearchofECompanyandbringsoutasystematicanalysisforitscompensationincentivesystem.Firstofall,byanalyzingthecurrentstatusofitscompensationincentivesystemfromtherespectofpaylevel,paystructure,
