1、S快递公司发展战略研究摘要：众所周知，快递业是国家重要的社会公用事业，是面向民牛和牛产的基础性服务业，在服务民生、促进生产和保障公民通信权利等方面发挥着重要作用。作为物流业的一个重要组成部分，快递业成为经济发展的最大受益者，并成长为名副其实的朝阳产业。极好的市场前景使已经身在其中斡旋和不断加入的外资、国有、民营快递企业陷入了一种几近无序的竞争。近年来，随着快递业的快速发展，s快递公司业务也得到了全面的发展，并形成了自己独特的管理模式和运输模式。但是，在s快递公司全面发展的过程中，中国的其他物流业更是得到了快速的发展，这在一定程度上给s快递公司的进一步发展带来了一定的冲击，对此还需要
