1、90例慢性化脓性中耳炎手术干预疗效分析邓世明，刘铁陵，刘军，何顺芬，唐洪作者单位：绵阳市中医医院作者简介：邓世明，副主任医师，绵阳市屮医医院耳鼻喉科，四川绵阳621000［摘要］目的：探讨显微镜下改良乳突根治术治疗治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法：对2009年-2014我科收治49例慢性化脓性屮耳炎患者采用耳显微镜下行改良乳突根治术，必耍时联合鼓室成形术治疗并与2009年前用改良乳突根治术治疗的41例患者进行比较，分析两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗组的平均干耳时间为33.6土&45天明显短于对照组46.5±9.16天，治疗组中有67.3%患者的听力提高，明显高于对照组组
2、46.3%,治疗组的痊愈率和总有效率分别为30.6%和67.3%,明显高于对照组的7.3%和46.3%,并发症发生率为对照组19.5%明显高于治疗组2%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：显微镜下改良乳突根治术及联合鼓室成形术能够在保证彻底清除病变的同时修复和重建听力功能，疗效确切，干耳率高，患者能获得良好的听力改善效果。［关键词］慢性化脓性屮耳炎；改良乳突根治术Efficacyanalysisof90casesofchronicsuppurativeotitismediasurgicalinterventionMianyangHospitalofTraditionalCh
