2、教育资源配置的对策及建议。优化高等教育资源配置的基本思路就是要求国家政府在政策实施上要保证基本的公平，缩小地区差异；在投资方式上，采用多渠道多途径达到合理配置资源的日的；在资源分配上在兼顾公平利效益的前提下，更加注重效益，为社会培养合格人才；在资源利用上，走区域共享道路，提高资源共享程度和使用效率，进而促进区域高等教育资源配置以合理的结构、适度的规模进行发展。关键词：高等教育资源；资源配置；资源配置差异；优化配置AbstractAbstract:therationalallocationofatten
