1、劳动争议的问题与社会工作介入探讨摘要随着市场经济的不断完善及劳动者自我保护意识的增强,劳动争议案件则呈现直线上升的趋势,而社会工作介入劳动争议案件中则是最有效的方式之一。因而文章阐述劳动争议的问题与社会工作介入相关理论,分析社会工作介入劳动争议的可行性与必要性,即高校开设社会工作专业及人民调解制度为社会工作介入劳动争议创造了可行性,政府行政监督缺失、企业自身存在着非法用工行为及劳动争议群体性事件频发,是社会工作介入劳动争议的必要性。然后本文以真实的社会工作介入劳动争议案件为例,分析社会工作介入劳动争议具体过程及相关反思,以此为基础提出了社会工作介入劳
