1、四川大学工程硕士学位论文企业内部工程项目管理模式探索建筑与土木工程(工程管理方向)研究生：干麟指导教师：谭大璐、林俊贤工程项目管理模式的改革是当前广为关注的重要课题之一。作者就现阶段我国工程项目管理的现状及存在问题，较为详细地研究了国内外工程项目管理的主要形式，并结合我国的国情，特别是国有大中型企业的实际情况，力图总结出一套适合国有大中型企业特点的工程项目管理模式。本文着重研究了国际通用的PMT项目管理模式的组织结构和运行规律，并用于大中型国有企业工程建设，在实践中取得了一定的经验。通过研究与实践，笔者认为改革现行建筑业管理体制，

2、加速与国际接轨，加紧构造适应国际建筑市场发展需要的、符合社会主义市场经济要求的新的管理体制和管理模式是当务之急。为此，应尽快完善我国的合同条款，建立健全我国的建设管理法规体系，以规范建筑市场，提高我国工程项目的管理水平和竞争能力。本文所阐述的内容具有可操作性，可为建设单位特别是国有大中型企业在迸彳亍建设项目管理中借鉴与参考。关键词：企业、工程项目、PMT、管理模式四川丈学工程硕士学位论文ResearchOnProjectManagementPatternForInternalEnterpriseArchitectureandCiv
