4、erousdiversionthatisunderminingdemocracy,notleastinhisnativeAmerica•MrReich,aneconomistwhoservedaslaborsecretaryunderBillClintonandnowteachesattheUniversityofCalifornia,Berkeley,admitstoaDamasceneconversion,havingformanyyears"preachedthatsocialresponsibilityandprofitsconvergeoverthelo
5、ngterm".Henowbelievesthatcompanies11cannotbesociallyresponsible,atleastnottoanysignificantextent11,andthatCSRactivistsarebeingdivertedfromthemorerealisticandimportanttaskofgettinggovernmentstosolvesocialproblems.DebatingwhetherWal-MartorGoogleisgoodorevilmissesthepoint,hesays,whichist
