4、edbyTheMinistryofScienceandTechnologyofChinaandChineseAcademyofSciences(CAS)inChineseside・AftertheWorkshop,JSTandNSFChaveagreedthat“S&TforEnvironmentalConservationandConstructionofaSocietywithLessEnvironmentalBurden”wasselectedasthefieldofresearchforwhi

5、chthejointfundingschemewillapply.2.AimofprogramandresearchfieldTheaimoftheprogramistostrengthenthecollaborationbetweenChinaandJapanwithin“S&TforEnvironmentalConservationandConstructionofaSocietywithLessEnvironmentalBurden"tomakesynergyeffectwhichisexpec

6、tedtoproducenewresearcharea,newresearchmethodorimportantresults.Thisfieldisconsideredimportantinbothcountriesinordertoachievegrowthandsustainabilityoverthelongrun.Thefieldissowidethattheresearchareasinthefieldhavetobespecifiedineachyearforjointfunding.R
