1、3D-CTA在急性破裂颅内动脉瘤诊断和治疗中的应用分析贾永雄张丽娟周鑫川杨椿嘉峪关市中医医院脑病科X关注成功!加关注后您将方便地在我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知!·新浪微博·腾讯微博·人人网·开心网·豆瓣网·网易微博摘 要:目的:探讨3D-CTA在急性破裂颅内动脉瘤诊断和治疗中的应用效果。方法:此次研究对象为2011年2月—2017年4月就诊于本院的急性破裂颅内动脉瘤患者共66例,所有患者常规行三维CT血管成像检查,同时模拟手术入路,术中根据模拟的手术入路行开颅动脉瘤夹闭术,与常规
2、动脉瘤夹闭术在手术时间、围术期并发症、预后等方面进行比较。将3D-CTA检查结果与数字减影脑血管造影检查结果进行对比,比较3D-CTA检查准确率与漏诊、误诊的概率。结果:3D-CTA检查诊断准确率与DSA检查诊断准确率比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);66例3D-CTA检查模拟手术入路患者与同期行常规动脉瘤夹闭术患者手术时间、术后并发症等预后情况比较,3D-CTA模拟手术组明显优于常规手术组(P<0.05)。结论:对动脉瘤患者行3D-CTA检查诊断并积极开展手术治疗,能提高动脉瘤的检出率,治愈率,
