4、permanentlyabovesealevelhavebeenbuiltonthemorwherealow-tideelevationissituatedwhollyorpartlyatadistancenotexceedingthebreadthoftheterritorialseafromthenearestisland.Inmyopinion,thewindturbineisforeconomicpurpose,however,thelighthouseisforthepurposeofnavigationsafe
5、ty,andso,thewindturbineisnotthesimilarinstallationwiththelighthouse.Ontheotherhand,thelowtideelevationlays18nmoffthedeeplyindentedcoastline,anditisnotsituatedwhollyorpartlyatadistanceof12milesinsidethebreadthoftheterritorialseafromthenearestisland.Basedontheabovea
