3、anowalls.Forthehybridstructures,thenanostructuresexhibitexcellentmaterialcharacteristicsincludinghighcarriermobilityandradiativerecombinationrateaswellaslong-termstabilitywhilegraphenefilmsshowgoodopticaltransparency,mechanicalflexibility,andelectricalconductivity.Acc

4、ordingly,theversatileandfascinatingpropertiesofthenanostructuresgrownongraphenelayersmakeitpossibletofabricatehigh-performanceoptoelectronicandelectronicdevicesevenintransferable,flexible,orstretchableforms.Here,wereviewpreparationmethodsandpossibledeviceapplications
