6、icpropertiesoftheZPisstilllacking.Therefore,theaimofthepresentstudywastoinvestigatethebio-mechanicalbehaviourofZPmembranesextractedfrommatureandfertilizedbovineoocytestobetterunderstandthemechanismsinvolvedinthestructuralreorganizationoftheZPthatmayleadtothebiomechanicalhar

7、deningoftheZP.Forthatpurpose,ahybridprocedureisdevelopedbycombiningatomicforcemicroscopynanoindentationmeasurements,nonlinearfiniteelementanalysisandnonlinearoptimization.TheproposedapproachallowsustodeterminethebiomechanicalpropertiesoftheZPmorerealisticallythantheclassical
