3、ntialtosatellitecellcalledmyoblastsfusetoformmultinucleatedmyotubesfunctionaresyndecan-4andglypican-1.Todetermineifthatdifferentiateintoskeletalmusclemyofibers.WhilemiRNAsinfluencemyogenicsatellitecellfunction,onedifferentiatedmusclefibersarefullyformedatbirthormiRNApr

4、edictedtobindsyndecan-4(miR-128)andtwohatch[1],allpostnatalorposthatchmusclegrowthoccurspredictedtobindglypican-1(miR-24andmiR-16)werethroughhypertrophyofexistingmusclefibersandisinhibitedinvitrobytransfectionofinhibitorstargetingmediatedbysatellitecells[2].Myogenics

5、atellitecellseachmiRNA.InhibitionofthesemiRNAsdifferentiallywerefirstidentifiedbyMauro[3]betweenthebasementaffectedtheexpressionofsyndecan-4,glypican-1,andmembraneandsarcolemmaofmyofibers.DuringposthatchmyogenicregulatoryfactorsmyoDandmyogenin.Inhibi-skeletalmusclegrow
