4、elopedforstudyingentirepathwaysandavailabletechniquesformininginteractionsinGWAdata.Ialsoexploremethodsformarryinghypothesis-drivenpathway-basedapproacheswith‘agnostic’GWAstudies.Theterm‘interaction’hasvariousmeaningsintheofG×EinteractionsinriskpredictionmodelscanhaveMarginaleffectsTheeffectsofasp
