6、文本具有不同的目的性，面向不同的读者，所以在其翻译过程中，冗余现象也各有特点。本文探讨了财经新闻和法律文本的英译汉中的冗余现象，并提出了相应的处理方式。根据奈达提出的功能对等翻译理论以及德国语言学家莱斯对功能对等翻译的理解三分法，本文将运用功能对等翻译理论来分析两种不同文本的冗余处理。财经类新闻一般内容简明、专业，带有很强的针对性。iii所以属于三分法中的信息类文本，翻译时采取直译简译，主要是为了突出信息。法律文本一般要求极具准确性，而且在原文本中词组搭配句式组合具有极高的逻辑性以彰显法律文本的威严，所以属于表达性文本。所以在处理这
