3、propertiesofthesecomponentsshouldbepresentedintheend.Accordingtothedeterminationrelationshipofmicrostructurestoperformance,theirmicrostructuremustmeetacorrespondingcriterion.TheinvestigationonthestateofsuperalloycomponentsformedbySLMiscarriedoninthiswork.Underthecon
4、ditionofSLMprocess,themicrostructuresfromdifferentareasofonepatternareanalyzeddependingonthetheoreticalresultsofsolidificationandphaseevolvement.Opticalmicroscopyisusedforthemaintestingmeasure.Theformingandvariationphenomenoncanbediscoveredtoprovideknowledgeforthefu

7、[4].ButmanufacturinganaerospacecomponentwithIN718throughtraditionalprocessingmethodisdifficultowingtoitsremarkablemechanicalpropertiesatthesametime.Selectivelasermelting(SLM)isoneofsuccessfulrapidmanufacturingtechnologies,whichisusedforformingcomplicatedmetalcompone
8、nts[5,6].Itisinparticularappliedformanufacturingcomponentsthatcanhardlybedealwithunderregularfabricationroutes.Nowadays,SLMbeginstostepint
