2、ersityofSci.&Tech.Wuhan,430074,ChinaAbstract:Supperalloycomponentshavebeenbuiltbyselectivelasermelting(SLM),buttheapplicationenvironmentofsuperalloycomponentsisusuallydifferentfromotherone.Owingtobeappliedinaerospace,theremarkablepropertiesofthesecomponentsshouldbepresentedintheend.Ac
3、cordingtothedeterminationrelationshipofmicrostructurestoperformance,theirmicrostructuremustmeetacorrespondingcriterion.TheinvestigationonthestateofsuperalloycomponentsformedbySLMiscarriedoninthiswork.UndertheconditionofSLMprocess,themicrostructuresfromdifferentareasofonepatternareanal

5、1Introduction Polycrystallinenickelbasesuperalloys,arewidelyusedashigh-temperature,high-strengthcomponentsingasturbinessuchasstators,compressorsandturbinediscs,duetotheiroutstandingmechanicalproperty[1-3].Amongthem,Inconel718(IN718),aprecipitation-hardenable,niobium-modified,nickel-ba
6、sesuperalloythatisusedextensivelyintheaerospace,petrochemical,andnuclearindustriessinceitexhibitsgoodstrength,corrosionresistanceandweldingcharacteristics[4].ButmanufacturinganaerospacecomponentwithIN718throughtraditionalprocessingmethodisdifficultowingtoitsremarkablemechanicalpropert
7、iesatthesametime.Selectivelasermelting(SLM)isoneofsuccessfulrapidmanufacturingtechnologies,whichisusedforformingcomplicatedmetalcomponents[5,6].Itisinparticularappliedformanufacturingcomponentsthatcanhardlybedealwithunderregularfabricationroutes.Nowadays,SLMbeginstostepintotheaerospac
