1、放射学实践2013年4月第28卷第4期RadiolPractice,Apr2013,Vol28,No.4433·腹部影像学·卵巢卵泡膜瘤纤维瘤的MRI诊断蒋兴德,李伟大【摘要】目的:探讨卵巢卵泡膜瘤纤维瘤的MRI特点及其诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的12例卵泡膜瘤纤维瘤的MRI表现。结果:12例卵泡膜瘤纤维瘤中,卵泡膜细胞瘤4例,卵泡膜纤维瘤6例,纤维瘤2例。肿瘤最大径2.0~13.6cm,平均5.2cm。肿瘤呈圆形8例,卵圆形4例。全部肿瘤边界清楚,8例可见包膜显示。肿瘤信号均匀8例,小囊变3例,大囊变1例
2、。所有肿瘤T1WI呈低或稍低信号(与子宫对比);卵泡膜细胞瘤T2WI呈高或稍高信号,卵泡膜纤维瘤T2WI呈低信号5例,稍高信号1例;纤维瘤T2WI呈低信号;所有肿瘤增强后均轻度强化。结论:卵泡膜瘤纤维瘤的主要MRI表现为良性实性肿瘤的形态学特征及少血供的强化特点,肿瘤T2WI呈低信号结合少血供的强化特点对卵泡膜纤维瘤及纤维瘤的诊断具有重要定性诊断价值。【关键词】卵泡膜瘤;纤维瘤;卵巢;磁共振成像【中图分类号】R445.2;R737.31【文献标识码】A【文章编号】10000313(2013)04043303犕犚犱犻犪犵狀
