1、2012年6月第19卷第18期·临床研究·下颌骨巨大囊肿口内进路手术与开窗减压术的比较代全红高银亮河南省驻马店市中心医院口腔科，河南驻马店463000[摘要]目的通过口内进路手术与开窗减压术治疗下颌骨巨大囊肿，探索口内进路手术与开窗减压术在下颌骨保存性功能外科中的应用价值。方法回顾2005年1月～2010年6月驻马店市中心医院口腔科治疗的31例下颌骨巨大囊肿患者，比较口内进路手术及开窗减压术后患者恢复的情况及X线变化，定期复查，评价两种术式的临床效果。结果经过6～21个月的追踪观察，行口内进路手术的14例患者中1例因术前已有

2、感染迹象，术后引流口处持续流脓，经多次换药效果不理想，最后行病变颌骨切除+自体肋骨移植术。另2例引流口不愈合，但骨质愈合良好，行二期刮治术后I期愈合。开窗减压术17例的患者经局部换药或配合局部刮治处理分别在6～21个月内愈合。结论经统计学处理，开窗减压与口内进路手术均是治疗下颌骨巨大囊肿的有效方法。[关键词]下颌骨巨大囊肿；口内进路手术；开窗减压术；疗效[中图分类号]R782.2[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1674-4721（2012）06（c）-0029-03Comparisonofintraoralapproachope
