4、hemia(TFCI)-inducedrats.Theplasmasampleswereclarifiedthroughsolidphaseextractionpriortosimultaneousdeter-minationoftheanthraquinoneswithavalidatedhigh-performanceliquidchromatography-fluorescencesystem.TheresultsindicatedthattheCmax,t1/2andAUC0-t,ofaloe-emodin,rhein,emodinandc
5、hrysophanolinTFCI-inducedratswerenearlydouble,whereastheCLvalueswereremarkablydecreased(p<0.05)overthoseofthenormalrats.Theplasmadrugconcentration–timedataoffiveanthraquinonestoratsfittedatwo-compartmentopenmodel.Thefiveanthraquinonesinratplasmawereabsorbedquicklyandeliminateds
