3、cation,andwhattrainingandleadershiparerequiredtosafeguardthatideal?remainscentraltopresent-dayactivitiesandconceptions.Toconsiderhowtoanswerthisquestion,orindeedhowitisposedwithinpresentcircumstances,threeinterconnectedmattersareinvestigated:currenttrainingmethods,theeconomicsofmonasteriesandth

4、eissueofleadership.Inthiscontext,HanTibetaninterchangeintheBuddhistfieldandtheinfluenceofoverseasChineseBuddhistsonthemainlandarealsoconsidered.Thisarticleisnotareportsomuchasaninquiry.Basedonfieldexperienceandhistoricalstudies,IwouldliketoraisesomekeyissuesregardingthestateofBuddhistlifeinthePeop
