2、isadiversenotionwhichcanfunctioninvariouswaysincomprehensionprocesses.Toexplainthese,anaccountofgenrebasedonrelevancetheoryisproposed.Thecentralclaimofthisaccountisthatgenreinformationcancruciallycontributetothefine-tuningofrelevanceexpectationsincomplexstimuli.Ontiretheoreticalside,thisacco
