5、ntroleinhostimmuneresponses.Recentstudieshavedemonstratedthatalterationsinintestinalmicrobiotacompositionarelinkedtomultipleinflammatorydiseasesinhumans,includingacutegraft-versus-hostdisease(aGVHD).aGVHDisoneofthemajorobstaclesinallogeneichematopoieticstemcelltr
6、ansplantation(allo-HSCT),characterizedbytissuedamageinthegastrointestinal(GI)tract,liver,lung,andskin.Here,wereviewthecurrentunderstandingoftheroleofintestinalmicrobiotainthecontrolofimmuneresponsesduringaGVHD.Additionally,thepossibilityofusingprobioticstrainsfor
7、potentialtreatmentorpreventionofaGVHDwillbediscussed.1.Introductiontumors,bonemarrowfailure,andcongenitalmetabolicdisorders.However,thedevelopmentofacutegraft-versus-Themammaliangastrointestinal(GI)tractharborsadensehostdisease(aGVHD)limitsthesuccessofallo-HSCTan
