2、以红星美凯龙家居集团为例，通过深入的调查和分析，对其实际运营中出现的财务风险问题进行了总结。从筹资风险、投资风险、资金营运风险等方面进行研究，提出了红星美凯龙家居集团财务风险控制与防范的措施。通过对红星美凯龙财务风险的分析，得出企业财务风险发生中的共性。通过本课题的开展，不但可以完善企业风险研究的理论体系，相信也可以使红星美凯龙集团能够更好的发展，我国其他企业在解决发展过程中的财务风险问题时也可以从中受到启发。关键词：财务分析；红星美凯龙；风险防范；风险识别IIABSTRACTInallsortsofobstacles
