5、01).Thepathogenesisofreovirusinfectionhastype31,withneurovirulentstraintype3Dearingbeenstudiedusingnewbornmice,inwhichserotype-(T3D)servingasaprototype.Type11hasbeenlessspecificpatternsofdiseasehavebeenidentified(Tyler,wellstudied,andpublishedreportshavebeenlimited2

6、001).Thebestcharacterizedofthesemodelsisreovirustostraintype1Lang(T1L).Currentunderstandingofpathogenesisinthemurinecentralnervoussystem1biologyisderivedfromstudiesofvirion-associated(CNS)(Fig.1).Afterprimaryreplicationintheintestine,1aswellas1proteinisolatedfromvi
