2、mperformanceinERPimplementationteamswereinvestigated.Datacollectedfrom103companiesinTaiwanthathadcompletelyormostlyimplementedERPsystemswereanalyzed.Wefoundpositiveeffectsofcohesivenessonteamperformance,whichsuggeststhecriticalroleofcohesivenessondeterminingERPimplementationteamsuc
3、cess.Thesignificantdirectandpositiveeffectsofproblem-solvingandcompromisingstrategyonteamperformancepartiallyconformtopreviousresearch(Montoya-Weiss,Massey,&Song,2001).Theresultssuggestthatinordertodealeffectivelywithdifferentdegreesofconflictsituation,teammembersoughttolearnvariou
