4、ethatsignificantdifferencesexistinhowChinese,JapaneseandKeywords:Koreanvisitorsviewfactorsofchoice,discomfortandpreferredproductitems.ThestudyestablishesfourMedicaltourismfactorgroupsregardingmedicaltourismwithexploratoryfactoranalysis.Basedonthesefindings,H
5、ealthtourismdifferencesofparticipationintentionandbehaviorsamongthethreegroupsareexplained.Fromthis,thePerceptionstudydescribesdistinctcharacteristicsofmedicaltourismamongthethreeculturalgroups.Thediffer-ParticipationintentionCross-culturalstudyencesamongC
6、hinese,Japanese,andKoreantouristswithregardtotheselectionofdestination,incon-veniences,andpreferredproductswerefoundtobeallsignificant.Koreantouristsplacedmostsignificanceonselectionfactors,followedbyChinesetourists,and,lastly,theJapanese.Ontheotherhand,inco
7、nveniencesrelatedtomedicalandcareservices,stayandcost,andinformationandinsuranceelementsweremoststronglyassociatedwithJapanesetourists.ThismaybeareflectionofapossibletendencyofJapanesetouriststovaluesafetyandcosteffectiveness.ForChinesetourists,theimportanc
