2、lesleadingtoturnover.Connrma-toryandexploratorypathanalyseswereperformedtoidentifyprimarypathsfromproceduralanddistributivejusticeperceptionstojobsatis-faction,organizationalcommitment,workgroupperformance,atten-dancemotivation,turnoverintentions,andinturn,turnove
3、r.Resultsindicatedthatpositiveproceduralanddistributivejusticeperceptionswereassociatedwithincreasedintrinsicandextrinsicjobsatisfaction.andorganizationalcommitment.Proceduraljusticeperceptionswerepositivelyrelatedtoperceptionsofworkgroupperformance.Distribu-tivej
4、usticeperceptionswerenegativelyrelatedloturnoverintentions.Actualturnoverwasdirectlyinfluencedbyonlyonefactor,turnoverintentions,andindirectlybyallvariablesInthemtxlelexceptforworkgroupperformanceperceptionsandextrinsicjobsatisfaction.Avastamountofresearchinrecent
5、yearshasbeendevotedtothetopicoforganizationaljusticewhichreferstoemployeeperceptionsoffairnessintheworkplaceororganizationalsetting(Cropanzano&Greenberg,1997;Greenberg,1990).CropanzanoandGreenberg(1997)havenotedthatorganizationaljusticehasbeenoneoftheprimarytopics
