1、卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织整合素β4表达水平的检测作者：张英，李智敏，莫秋，孙学刚作者单位：1.南方医科大学附属中山市小榄人民医院妇产科，广东中山528415；2.南方医科大学中医药学院中医证候实验室，广东广州510515【摘要】目的：检测整合素β4在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达水平，分析其作为卵巢肿瘤早期诊断靶标的可能性。方法：取不同病理类型卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织，Westernblot检测整合素β4的表达水平。结果：相对于正常组织，整合素β4在良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中升高的程度较为轻微，在该组织交界性肿瘤中的升高较良性的明显，在恶性肿瘤中的表达上调十分明显；随着分化水平的下

5、onSDS-PAGE,theextractedproteinsamplesweretransferredonPVDFmembraneforWesternblottodetectintegrinβ4.Results:Expressionofintegrinβ4increasedslightly,modestlyandgreatlyinbenigntumor,borderlinetumorandmalignanttumorrespectivelycomparedwithnormaltissues.Itwasdiscoveredthattheexpressionre
6、latedtodifferentiationandclinicalstagesclosely.Higherexpressionofintegrinβ4wasfoundinpoorlydifferentiatedtumors,orinlaterclinicalstageofthetumor.Evenintheearlyclinicalstages,theincreaseofintegrinβ4expressioncouldbedetected,andtheexpressionsignificantlyincreasedincaseswithtumormetast
7、asis.Conclusions:Inepithelialovariantumortissue,theexpressionofintegrinβ4relatestothemalignancyofthetumor.Sinceapparentincreaseofintegrinβ4canbefoundinearlystageofthetumor,itissuggestedthattheproteincanbeselectedasamarkerforearlydiagnosis.Theexpressionlevelofintegrinβ4closelyrelates
