1、B7H4、CA125及P53在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及意义作者：孔凡荣，王黎明，戴淑真，孙显璐，吕艳华作者单位：青岛大学医学院附属医院1.妇科;2.病理科，山东青岛【摘要】目的探讨B7H4、CA125及P53在原发上皮性卵巢癌（EOC）中的表达及其之间的相互关系，以及与预后的关系。方法用免疫组织化学PV6000二步法测定B7H4、CA125及P53在70例上皮性卵巢癌、20例正常卵巢组织和20例良性卵巢肿瘤中的表达。结果B7H4在原发上皮性卵巢癌组织中阳性表达率88.6%(62/70)高于卵巢良性上皮肿瘤（45%）及正常卵巢组织

2、(0%)(P<0.05)。上皮性卵巢癌组织中CA125阳性表达率为77.1%（54/70），与B7H4表达呈正相关（r=0.720）。上皮性卵巢癌组织P53阳性表达率为68.6%（48/70）低于B7H4（P<0.05）。多因素Cox回归分析显示,上皮性卵巢癌的预后与FIGO分期、术后残癌灶大小、B7H4的表达、细胞分化程度、CA125的表达、淋巴结转移的有无及P53的表达相关；单因素分析显示，B7H4表达越强，平均生存时间越短，5年累积生存率越低。结论上皮性卵巢癌中B7H4表达上调，且B7H4表达与CA125的表达呈正相关
