4、dels,inventions,knowhow,processes,apparatus,equipment,algorithms,softwareprograms,softwaresourcedocumentandformulaerelatedtothecurrent,futureandproposedproductsandservicesofeachoftheparties.Andincludes,withoutlimitation,theirrespectiveinformationconcerningresearch,experimentalwork,development,desi
5、gndetailsandspecifications,engineering,financialinformation,procurementrequirements,purchasing,manufacturing,customerlists,businessforecasts,salesandmerchandising,marketingplansandinformation，excludingthefollowingdataandinformation：1、已经或将公布于众的资料，但不包括甲乙双方或其代表违反本协议规定未经授权所披露的； 1．Informationthatisalr
