1、SOFTWARELICENSEAGREEMENTByusingthisLicensedSoftware,YouareagreeingtobeboundbythetermsandconditionsofthisLicenseAgreement.DonotusetheLicensedSoftwareuntilYouhavereadandagreedtothefollowingtermsandconditions.TheuseoftheLicensedSoftwareimpliesautomaticallytheacceptance
2、ofthefollowingtermsandconditions.DEFINITIONS.LicensedSoftware:meanstheenclosedSOFTWARE/FIRMWARELIBRARY,EXAMPLES,PROJECTTEMPLATEandalltherelateddocumentationanddesigntoolslicensedintheformofobjectand/orsourcecodeasthecasemaybe.Product:meansYourandYour’send-users’prod
3、uctorsystem,andalltherelateddocumentation,thatincludesorincorporatessolelyandexclusivelyanexecutableversion(inobjectandsourcecode)oftheLicensedSoftwareandprovidedfurtherthatsuchLicensedSoftwareexecutessolelyandexclusivelyonmicrocontrollerdevicesmanufacturedbyorforST
4、.LICENSE.STMicroelectronics(“ST”)grantsYouanon-exclusive,worldwide,non-transferable(whetherbyassignmentorotherwiseunlessexpresslyauthorizedbyST)nonsub-licensable,revocable,royalty-freelimitedlicenseoftheLicensedSoftwareto:(i)makecopies,preparederivativesworksoftheso
5、urcecodeversionoftheLicensedSoftwareforthesoleandexclusivepurposeofdevelopingexecutableversions(inobjectandsourcecode)ofsuchLicensedSoftwareonlyforusewithintheProduct;(ii)makecopies,preparederivativeworksoftheobjectcodeversionsoftheLicensedSoftwareforthesolepurposeo
6、fdesigning,developingandmanufacturingtheProducts;(iii)makecopies,preparederivativeworksofthedocumentationpartoftheLicensedSoftware(includingnonconfidentialcommentsfromsourcecodefilesifapplicable),forthesolepurposeofprovidingdocumentationfortheProductanditsusage.(iv)
7、make,havemade,use,sell,offertosell,importandexportorotherwisedistributeProductsalsothroughmultipletiers.OWNERSHIPANDCOPYRIGHT.TitletotheLicensedSoftware,relateddocumentationandallcopiesthereofremainwithSTand/oritslicensors.YoumaynotremovethecopyrightsnoticesfromtheL
8、icensedSoftwareandtoanycopiesoftheLicensedSoftware.YouagreetopreventanyunauthorizedcopyingoftheLicensedSoftwareandrelateddocumentation.RES
