3、ofexcellentoriginalliteraryworks.PartyAandPartyBhavereachedthefollowingagreementonthecooperationofthecontractedworks:Thefirsttermofthisagreement,PartyAwillbesignedrighttonetworkdisseminationofinformationworkandthecompilationofpowerintheglobalscope(includingbutnotlimitedtosi
4、mplifiedandtraditionalChineseversion,otherforeignlanguageversionsofnetworkpublishing,electronicserialworkssignedCD,downloade-books,mobilephonereading,adaptedIVRvoiceserviceandreleasedbymultimediadigitalformatbusinessintheformofexclusiverightsgrantedtoPartyB).Secondthevalidi
5、tyofthisagreementfromthedateofsigninguntiltenyearsafterthecompletionofthecontractwork.Withintwomonthsaftertheexpirationofthecontract,ifthepartiesdonotnotifytheterminationoftheagreementinwriting,thevalidityofthisagreementwillbeautomaticallyextendedtothewrittencontract.Thecom
6、pletionofthecontractworkinthisarticlereferstothecompletecompletionofthecontractwork,includingtheworksofthetruestory,before,after,andallthecharactersofthesubsequentdevelopmentofallworks.ThetermofauthorizationgrantedbyPartyAtoPartyBisnotsubjecttothelimitationofthisagreement.T
