1、医院肿瘤病例报告工作计划篇一：心脑血管事件登记报告工作计划娄店乡卫生院2015年心脑血管事件报告工作计划根据《全国慢性病预防控制工作规范》的要求，结合我院实际情况，制定2015年娄店乡医院脑血管事件报告工作计划。一、病例报告（一）目标。建立和完善符合我院心脑血管事件报告方案，反映我院不同地区、不同人群的居民心脑血管事件发病、死亡、生存状态，为我全院的心脑血管事件防治提供相关信息。（二）内容和方法。1.娄店乡卫生院负责制定心脑血管事件报告工作方案，组织培训。建立心脑血管事件新发和死亡病例登记报告制度，规范工作程序，明确心脑血管事件报告单位和管理单位职责、工作内容和质量控制要求
