5、cy-basedcompensationsystem,notonlytosolvetheissuesofcompensationsystemforR&DstaffofJMcompany,butalsotoprovidereferencesforotherenterprisestobuildcompetency-basedcompensationsystem.Firstly,basedonsummarizingpreviousdomesticandforeignstudyinthisfiled,thethesisd

6、escribesthecompetenceandsalarytheory,comparesandanalyzesthecharacteristicsofcompetency-basedcompensationmodeandtraditionalcompensationmode.Then,itlinkscharacteristicsofR&DstaffandcompensationsystemsituationofJMcompany,demonstratesthenecessityofbuildingcompete
