3、hod.ThesefilmswerecharacterizedbyX-raydiffraction(XRD)measurements,andscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM).Theacetonevaporsensingpropertiesofthesethickfilmswereinvestigatedatdifferentoperatingtemperatureandacetonevaporconcentrations.TheWO3thickfilmsexhibitexcellentacet
