1、GF-IT-07IT设备丢失后续处理制度/PolicyfortheLossofanITDeviceAtt.02IT设备丢失赔偿办法DispositionsforITDeviceLost一、责任认定ResponsibilityConfirmation原则上除自然灾害或不可抗力导致IT硬件设备丢失的情形外，IT硬件设备的保管者或使用者均应承担赔偿责任。Inprinciple,theadministratororuserisresponsibleforpayingcompensationforthelossofIThardwaredeviceexceptforthenaturaldisas

2、tersorforcemajeurefactors.仅以下情况导致的IT硬件设备丢失，可免除员工的赔偿责任。EmployeescanbeexemptedfromtheresponsibilityofIThardwaredevicelostunderthefollowingsituations:1.因不可抗力导致（自然灾害、火灾或交通事故等意外事故、被抢劫）丢失，且丢失后已将该事件及时正确报告的情形；Causedbyforcemajeurefactors(naturaldisaster,firedisaster,trafficaccident,etc.orbeingrobbed),an

3、dcorrectlyreporttothesuperiorafterthelossorIThardwaredevice.2.在厂区内已尽保管IT硬件设备的责任且未违反公司相关管理制度或规定的情形；EmployeeshavefulfilledtheirresponsibilitiesofsafekeepingIThardwaredeviceswithoutviolatingcompany’srelevantmanagementsystemsorregulations.出现本规定中未列明情形或赔偿责任难以界定时，由公司管理层确定最终的赔偿责任和赔偿额。Ifthesituationsare

4、notlistedintheprovisions,ortheliabilityishardtobedefined,thefinalliabilityandamountofdamageswillbedecidedbythemanagementofthecompany.二、赔偿Compensation赔偿责任确定：Theconfirmationofliabilityforcompensation:IT硬件设备丢失后的赔偿金根据员工承担的赔偿责任确定，具体以人事总务部出具的IT硬件设备丢失报告为准。人事总务部应1个月内出具赔偿责任意见，如涉及到保险等原因导致赔偿金具体金额不能确定的，待赔偿

5、金确定后公司再按照赔偿责任意见收取赔偿金。ThecompensationafterthelossofIThardwaredevicesdependontheliabilityundertookbytheemployee.ThespecificliabilityissubjecttoHR’sreportaboutIThardwaredeviceslost,andHRshouldprovideliabilityfeedbackinonemonth.Ifthespecificcompensationisunascertainableforitinvolvesinsuranceorotherf

6、actors,thecompensationcanbechargedonthebasisofliabilityfeedbackaftertheconfirmationofdamage.赔偿金的确定：Theconfirmationofcompensation财务部在收到IT硬件设备丢失之日起1周内，出具该IT硬件设备损失的原值；4个月内，应确定IT硬件设备净损失（或残值）。人事总务部根据IT硬件设备净损失（或残值）及赔偿者的赔偿责任确定赔偿者应向公司支付的赔偿金。FINshouldprovidetheoriginalvalueforthelossofIThardwaredevicesw
