1、福建师范大学硕士学位论文AbstractInthetheoreticalresearch,thisarticleanalysesTeacher-StudentsInterpersonalSelf-Efficacy(TSISE)fromtheaspectofTeacher—Students’communication,andconsidersthatTSISEreferstothebeliefandencourageontheleverofwhethertheyCanmanageornotbeforetheteacherscommuni

2、catewiththeirstudents.TheTSISEcontainstwodimensions:thecollectiveteacher-studentsinterpersonalself-efficacy(CTSISE)andthepersonalteacher-studentsinterpersonalself-efficacy(PTSISE).Inthefirstpartofourdemonstrationresearches,wedesignthe“teacher-studentsinterpersonalself-e

3、fficacyquestionnaire”(TSISEQ)basingonopeningquestionnaireinvestigatingandvisitingtotheinterrelatedpersons,andthendothepreparingtestingofitandanalyzeitsstructure,validityandreliability.Inthesecondpartofourdemonstrationresearches,weexplorethecharacteristicsandinfluencingf

4、actorsofTSISEbyinvestigating352teachersfromeightmiddle-schoolsinFuzhoucityandEducationalpostgraduatewhocomefromdifferentmiddleschoolofFujianprovinceinFujianNormalUniversitywithTSISEQ.Theresultsofourdemonstrationresearchesshowthat:(1)TSISEQcontainstwodimensions:thecollec
