1、AbstractThemainpurposeofthepresentworkistoinvestigatedissociativeandadsorptionofethanolatroughenenplatinmandPt—Ruelectrodes,todeviseasimpleandefficientmeasuretosynthesizeplatinum-·basednano—-electrocatalystsandpreparethePt—basednanoparticlesmodifiedGCel
2、ectrode.Theelectro—catalyticbehaviorofsomeorganicmoleculessuchasformicacid,methanolandCOatthesePt—basedelectrodeswasstudiedandSurfaceEnhancedRamanspectroscopy(SERS)wasextendedtoinvestigatetheelectro-catalyticbehavioroforganicsmallmoleculesonPt-basednano
3、particlessupportedGCsurface.Theirstructure,size.opticalandelectronicpropertiesweresystematicallycharacterizedandestimatedbyTEM、XRD、SAED、UV-Visible、AFM.Theseelectro.catalyticandSERSbehaviorsoforganicsmallmoleculeswasinvestigatedbycombiningconventionalele
4、ctrochemicalmethodswithSurfaceEnhancedRamanspectroscopy(SERS)。Thethesismainlyconsistsofthefollox_ingfourparts:1.ThebehaviorsofadsorptionandoxidationofethanolonarougheningplatinumelectrodewithhighactivityofSERSwerestudiedbyusingcyclicvoltammetryandin—sit
5、usurfaceenhancedRmnanspectroscopybecauseofthekeyrolesofinthedirectalcoholfuelcell(DAFC).Theeffectoftheroughenedfactor,theinitialconcentrationofethanol,theelectrodepotentialondissociativeadsorptionofethanolinanacidsolutionwerosystematicallydiscussedbycar
6、efullydesigningpotentialprogramme。AssistedbythehighlysensitiveconfoealmicroprobeRamanspectrometerandpropersurfacerougheningprocedure,surfaceRamanspectraofdissociativeadsorptionofethanolonPtelectrodewereobminedforthefirst。TheinvestigationalsoshowsthatpHa
