6、tudentsforreference，theFore／gnLanguageLearningMotivationQuestionnairewasfinallyformed；withthereferencetoclassificationsoflearningstrategiesbyO’MallyandChamot(2001)，ForeignLanguageLearningStrategyQuestionnaireusedinthisresearchwasadaptedfromStrategyInventoryforLanguageLearning(SILL

7、)byR．Oxfordfl990)．TheinvestigationswerecarriedoutonthesamedayinYuCaiMiddleSchool，YuCaiMiddleSchoolinJingKaiDistrict，SouthwestUniversity,ChongqingUniversityofScienceandTechnology．840questionnairesweresentoutand790ofthemwerehandedin．Theto诅lnumberofvalidquestionnairesis727，andtheperc
