1、AbstractLearningburnoutisaphenomenonofemotionalandphysicalexhaustion,alienationwithteachersandotherstudents,lowefficacyinstudiescausedbylongheavyacademicstress.Learningburnoutcouldcausestudentsaseriousofpsychologicalandbehavioraldisorders,andphysicalsymptoms.Howtoreducethestudents’learningb
2、urnouthasanimportantsignificanceinthecontextoftheeducationforall-rounddevelopment.Inthisstudy,combinedthelearningburnoutandtheacademicattributionalstyle,anddiscussedhowtooptimizethehighschoolstudents’academicattributionalstyleandreducetheirlevelsoflearningburnout,basedonanalyzingthetworesea
3、rchareasoflearningburnoutandacademicattribution.Andthiswillhaveanimportantsignificanceinmentalhealtheducationofhighschoolstudents.Basedthebasisoftheprecedingrelativestudies,thisstudydesignedasystemofeffectiveprocessforattributionaltraining,andusedthemquestionnairmethodandexperimentalmethod.
4、Atfirst,thisstudysurveyedthegeneralcharacteristicsofhighschoolstudents’learningburnoutandacademicattribution,andinvestigatedtherelationshipbetweenthelearningburnoutandacademicattributionbyusingtheHighSchoolStudents’BurnoutandHighSchoolStudents’AcademicAttributionQuestionnaire.Secondly,selec
5、tedtwohomogeneousclasses,anddividedthemintotheexperimentalgroupandthecontrolgroup.Trainedtheexperimentalgroupbythesystematicorderlyattributionaltrainingstrictly,whiledidnothingtothecontrolgroup.Intheend,analyzedthedifferencesofthelearningburnoutandtheacademicattributionbetweentheexperimenta
6、landcontrolgroups.Thefindingswereasfollows:(1)Thedifferencesofthehighschoolstudents’learningburnoutamongdemographicvariablewere:comparedwiththefemalehighschoolstudents,themalehighschoolstudentshadnosignificantdifferenceinthegendervariable;therewasnosignificantdifferencesexistinginthedimensi
