2、y(OCT)inthehighmyopiapatients，andtofindthecharactersofthem．(2)Toanalyzethechangesoftheretinalnervefiberlayerandtheneurosensoryretinainmacularinmyopiaandglaucoma,andsupplytheparametersofOCTforearlydiagnosisofcomplicatedglaucomainmyopia．Methods：Collected60subjects(60eyes)ofhighmyopiaeyesan

3、d50subjects(50eyes)ofnormaleyes，dividedthemintohighmyopiagroupandnormalcontrolgroup．(1)ThicknessoftheRNFLaroundthediscWaSdeterminedwith3．4mmdiametercircleOCTscan，anditwasmeasuredandanalyzedusingtheStratus—OCT．(2)ThethicknessandvolumeoftheneurosensoryretinalonOCTmacularmapwascalculatedaut

4、omaticallyusingStrams—OCT．Allexaminationsandmeasurementsweredonebythesameexaminerinthesamecondition．Results：(1)Inthehighmyopiagroup，theaverageRNFLthicknessof4重庆医科大学硕士研究生学位论文superiorandinferiorquadrantswerethickerthanthatofthetemporalquadrant，andtheaverageRNFLthicknessofthenasalquadrantwa

5、sthethinnestone．TheRNFLthicknessof7：00and11：00positionswerethickerthanthatofotherpointpositionsinthehighmyopiagroup，andthatof3：00positionWasthethinnestone．(2)Thetotal，superior,inferiorandnasalquadrantsaverageRNFLthicknessinthehighmyopiagroupbecamethinnerthanthoseinthenormalcontrolgroup(P
