2、lyopia.Methods:WedidtheOCTexaminationrespectivelyforthechildrenwhocametotheClinicofdepartmentofophthalmologyofChengduUniversityofTraditionalChineseMedicineHospitalfromJuly2007toSeptember,measureditsthicknessoftheretinalnervefiberlayerandmacularneurosensorythickness,andwealsoputthesechildrenintothe
3、overallvisually-impairedgroup,ametropiaamblyopiagroupandthenormalgroupaccordingtorelevantstandards.Thedatacollectedofvisually-impairedgroupandametropiaamblyopiaGroupareusedSPSS12.0statisticalsoftwarecomparedwiththenormalgrouptoseewhetherthereisdifferenceswiththenormalgroup.P>0.05isnotsignificant,P
4、<0.05forstatisticalsignificance.Results:(1)Intheoverallgroupsufferingfromamblyopia,theretinalneurosensorythicknessofmacularfoveaisunchangedcomparedwiththenormalgroup(P>0.05);intheirmacularparafovea,thetopretinalthicknessisthethickest,thebottomandthenasalaresimilar,thetemporalSideisthethinnest,itis
5、thesamewiththenormalretinalthicknessdistribution,furthermore,inalltheparts,theretinalneurosensorythicknesshasnodifferenceswiththenormalgroup(P>0.05);intheirmacularperifovea,thenasalretinalthicknessisthethickest,nextisthethetop,thethirdisthebottom,andthetemporalisthethinnest,thedistributionisthesam
