3、mesticOMOMpHcapsulemonitoringinnon—erosiverefluxdisease，andtoevaluateitspracticalvalueinclinicalapplications．METHODS：Patientswithsymptomsofreflux，gastroesophagealrefluxdiseasequestionnaire(GerdQratings)morethan10pointsandnegativeendoscopywereincludedingastroenterologyoutpatientofourho

4、spital．OMOMpHcapsulewaspositionedtransorally5cmabovethedentatelineusingendoscopicmeasurementfor48—96hoursesophagealpHmonitoring．ThepHdatawereuploadedtoacomputerforanalysisof4combiningmanualandautomatic．ThepatientswereobservedcomplicationsrelatedtothewirelesspHcapsuleduringmonitoringpr

5、ocess．Theyansweredaquestionnaire，whichdescribedthetoleranceandsatisfactionduringthepHtests．RESULTS：Atotalof25patients(7menand31women)wereenrolledandthemeanagewas48．2+10．1years．Theaveragedurationformonitoringwas77：22+18：45(42：31—105：55)．ThemeantimeofpHcapsuleexcretedwiththestoolwas(6．4

6、+2．88)days．DuringpHcapsulemonitoring，14(56％)patientshadabnormalacidexposureand11(44％)patientshadnormalacidexposure．ProblemsofTechnicalfailuresoccurredsuchas9(36％)datainterruption，2(8％)dislodgementand2(8％)capsuleremoval．Symptomsrelatedtocapsuleattachmentwere：asymptomaticin8(32％)，mildsy

7、mptomsin10(40％)，moderatesymptomstoendurein4(16％)，andseveresymptomsCannotstandthethreecases(12％)，andtwopatients(8％)requiredremovalofthecapsule．CONCLUSION：OMOMpHcapsuleisasafeandreliablemethod，whichisaverypromisingtechnologyandhasacertainclinicalvalue，butneedstobefurthertechnicalimprove
