4、antibodiesonthegoldsubstratewepreparedthemonolayerofgoldnanoparticlesontheAPTMS-derivatizedsurfaceofaglassslidebyusingtheSAMtechnique.ThissandwichtypeofSERSimmunoassayinwhichantigensonthesubstratespecificallycaptureantibodiesonaRamanreporter(DSNBcoatedgoldnanoparticleswithR6G)couldsuccessfullyde
