2、Thebyandconsignedtoorderfordeliveryattheportofbutthebillsofladinghavenotarrivedandwe.herebyrequestyoutodeliverthesaidcargotofordeliveryattheportofwithoutproductionoforiginalbillsoflading.Inconsiderationofyourcomplyingwithouraboverequest,weherebyagreeasfollows:1.Toindemnifyyou.yourserv
3、antsandagentsandtoholdallofyouharmlessinrespectofanyliability,loss,damageorexpensesofwhatsoevernaturewhichyoumaysustainbyreasonofdeliveringthecargoinaccordancewithourrequest.2.Intheeventofanyproceedingsbeingcommencedagainstyouoranyofyourservantsoragentsinconnectionwiththedeliveryofthe
4、cargoasaforesaid,toprovideyouorthemondemandwithsufficientfundstodefendthesame.3.If,inconnectionwiththedeliveryofthecargoasaforesaid,theship,oranyothershiporpropertyinthesameorassociatedownership,managementorcontrol,shouldhearrestedordetainedorshouldthearrestordetentionthereofbethreate
