5、hedateofthisguarantee,orifyoudemonstratethatyoudonotintendtoenterintotheContractwiththeContractor,thisguaranteeshallbevoidandineffective.ThisguaranteeshallcontinueinfullforceandeffectuntilalltheContractor’sobligationsandliabilitiesundertheContracthavebeendischarged,whenthisguaranteesh

6、allexpireandshallbereturnedtous,andourliabilityhereundershallbedischargedabsolutely.ThisguaranteeshallapplyandbesupplementaltotheContractasamendedorvariedbytheEmployerandtheContractorfromtimetotime.Weherebyauthorisethemtoagreeanysuchamendmentorvariation,thedueperformanceofwhichandcomp
