3、urrendered.Inconsiderationofyourcomplyingwithouraboverequest,weherebyagreeasfollows:1.Toindemnifyyou,yourservantsandagentsandtoholdallofyouharmlessinrespectofanyliability,loss,damageorexpenseofwhatsoevernaturewhichyoumaysustainbyreasonofdischargethecargoinaccordancewithourrequest.2.Intheeve
4、ntofanyproceedingsbeingcommencedagainstyouoranyofyourservantsoragentsinconnectionwiththedischargeofthecargoasaforesaid,toprovideyouorthemondemandwithsufficientfundstodefendthesame.3.If,inconnectionwiththedischargeofthecargoasaforesaid,theship,oranyothershiporpropertyinthesameorassociatedown
5、ership,managementorcontrol,shouldbearrestedordetainedorshouldthearrestordetentionthereofbethreatened,orshouldtherebeanyinterferenceintheuseortradingofthevessel(whetherbyvirtueofacaveatbeingenteredontheship'sregistryorotherwisehowsoever),toprovideondemandsuchbailorothersecurityasmayberequire
6、dtopreventsucharrestordetentionortosecurethereleaseofsuchshiporpropertyortoremovesuchinterferenceandtoindemnifyyouinrespectofanyliability,loss,damageorexpensecausedbysucharrestordetentionorthreatenedarrestordetentionorsuchinterference,whetherornotsucharrestordetentionorthreatenedarrestordet
