4、intellectualpropertyontermsthatarefair,reasonableandnondiscriminatory.Anypatenteethathasbeeninvolvedinstandards-setting,andwhichlaterseekstolicenseorlitigaterelatedpatentrights,inevitablyfacesargumentsaboutthisrequirementThepositionisfurthercomplicatedbytheinternationa
