2、areferencepoint,andtheincreasedsensitivityoflossrelativetogain(“loss-aversion”).Loss-aversioncanexplaintheSt.PetersburgParadoxwithoutrequiringconcaveutility,hastherightpsychology,istheoreticallyuseful,andisaparsimoniousprinciplethatcanexplainmanypuzzles.Anopenquestioniswhetheraversiontol

6、efromneurosciencetoinformeconomics(“neuroeconomics”).12NovemskyandKahneman’s(2005)tourdeforceexploringtheboundariesofloss-aversionisareminderofthepowerofprospecttheoryinexplaininghowpeoplevaluerisks,andalsoareminderofthedelicacyrequiredtosharpenandapplythemodel.Thedeepcontributionofprosp
